All 179 stands on the existing 1066 HA which comprises Zebula Country Club have been sold.
The Golf Course, SPA, our two separate Lodges, Restaurants, Pro Shop, Animal Care and Snake Centre, Aviary, Gymnasium, Boma and other facilities are all complete and in daily use.
Development on all of these home sites is also complete. There are no more vacant stands available on Phase I or II and no more houses can be built.
Zebula has now opened an entirely new area of 262 Hectares with 40 exclusive private one hectare view and bush stands to the north west, bordering both Zebula and the Mabula Game Reserve.
This area is part of the greater Zebula estate, with separate access and greater privacy.
The main access road to the entrance is fully tarred and a new direct access route via subway into Zebula Phase I is now open.
The sites are situated between 2,5 km and 4,5 km from the clubhouse.

All stands have north facing views towards the nearby Waterberg mountain range with stands 1 through 8 also bordering a stream.
The development area slopes up to the south ensuring that all stands have north facing views.
With the roads situated 300 metres apart and the good bush coverage all sites will be very private.

All 40 home sites are situated on the north facing slope across an area of 260 Hectares.
An additional 250 Hectare traversing area is accessed via a bridge over one of the streams on the property.

To the north of the traversing area is a large picturesque bushveld dam on which two separate picnic /braai areas have been provided, one on each side of the dam, for use by Homeowners. Fishing is permitted. No boating.
